Fast and friendly as usual. Tyre pressure warning light was on in the Toyota. Went back and was told that they hadn't been able to calibrate. The clock had not been adjusted for winter time.

The worst experience I've ever had with a rental company. Just arrived in Sweden, payment online succesfully done, they did not accept my card to take the deposit and they didn't allow me to pay in any other way, they just left me on a street. I had to delete the reservation and change rental company, with Hertz it immediately worked. Just avoid it, is not a serious service.

Changed a two star to one star after being in contact with the office.Service is good, but i will not rent from Budget again. We’re got a Fiat Panda instead of a Fiat 500. That’s a huge difference in since and comfort. We arrived after the office closed so couldn’t contact anyone about it. I do not trust the Budget rental again.Update: have to return the car two days earlier and contacted budget office. They will not give a refund because the car is prepaid. Wort ever. Never again!
