Jag har i 6 veckor dagligen försökt att boka en tid för förlängning av mitt tyska pass, men man kommer inte in till tidsbokning, det är fullt och utbockad, hur ska man göra, per telefon kommer man inte fram heller, jag behöver ju mitt pass!! Jag är frustrerad och mycket ledsen över så dålig service

Amazing experience. Applied for a national visa, both security and the rest of the staff really polite and super helpful. Everything was processed incredibly fast.Finding a free slot for a visa interview could be tricky, but the rest was super smooth you just need to follow the instructions on their website.

I wish I had the ability to give it zero stars. Two different years now I have tried to schedule appointments in order to apply for a work visa, and their online appointment system has never posted available appointments. I have checked for months this year, and I checked for months last year. I call the embassy and all they tell me is they are unable to provide information about visas over the phone. I email them and they tell me to make an appointment over the phone or go to Germany to apply. They tell me in Germany that I must do it at the embassy here in Sweden. I do not understand what the government is paying these people to do, because they are not doing their jobs it seems.
