Bank Hotel

This place is amazing. It's walking distance to everything you want to see as a tourist. The rooms are top notch, the service is first class (never before has the restaurant remembered our drinks two days later, a busy restaurant too).I can't recommend this hotel enough, it's worth every penny not just for the level of service but the location as well.

Staff is super kind and helpful, and the building itself is quite spectacular.The room service was in all honestly sad both times, and I was disappointed as the price was steep. The breakfast was good however, so I’m hoping the disappointing food was exclusive to room service and not in the actual restaurant.The room was alright; the design is nice, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth the price.There are other hotels in Stockholm where you get much more value for money and a higher sense of luxury, so I won’t be coming back here.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent -- the service, the furnishings, presumably the restaurants/bars -- but I didn't spend this much money per *night* for those things, I spent it to sleep, which is one thing that seems to be completely overlooked. (I did also pay for a city view" which turned out to be a 2nd floor view of the building across the street

För ett fantastisk hotell och en fantastisk vistelse. Redan vid incheckningen blev jag varmt välkomnat av Alice i receptionen som va supertrevlig, gullig och så härligt positiv. Bokade för att överraska min flickvän för hon fyllde år och rummet hade härliga ballonger och en supertrevlig lapp med en hälsning på. Lokalerna är otroligt häftiga, högt i tack och så otroligt stiligt inrett! Takbaren Le Hibou har en fantastisk utsikt och så mysig stämning och frukosten dagen efter är den bästa jag har ätit i hela Stockholm! 10/10 verkligen, få hotell som håller denna klass!

Absolutely terrible. They’d charge you 400 Eur/night for the privilege to stay with them and put you into a dungeon room without any windows that is probably being used by their janitors on a less busier day. Avoid at all cost. I’d be embarrassed to offer rooms like this to their guests while claiming to be a luxury hotel. Travelodge or Ibis would be better than this. Ugh.

Stannade på detta hotell i en natt. Servicen var i toppklass. Personalen i receptionen var supertrevliga och hjälpsamma och gav den bästa service upplevelserna jag någonsin har upplevt på ett hotell.Rummen var fint inredda med stor tv, stora badrum (iallafall i det rummet vi fick) och bra badrumsartiklar.Frukostbuffén de serverar är en av de bästa i Stockholm enligt mig där de både har en buffé av olika frukter, mackor med olika pålägg, flingor, bakverk samt en a la carte meny där man kan beställa varmrätter som görs på beställning, såsom gröt, våfflor och pocherat ägg etc.Det som vi ansåg som mindre bra var att det var väldigt högljutt under natten. Hotellet har flera barer och ligger nära andra barer som kan orsaka att det blir mycket ljud på nätterna som vi fick uppleva. Denna minus gör att det inte riktigt blir värt pengarna att sova på hotellet då man vaknar flera gånger på nätterna.

Had a lovely stay here, from the minute you walk in you are made to feel welcome, the hotel is very well appointed and the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is well located.The room itself was very comfortable and well designed and the small touches such as welcome drink and little treats in the turndown service were really appreciated.The wifi works well, bars and restaurants are great and breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients.Would happily return if I get a chance in future, absolutely a 5* experience.

Slept wonderfully in the bank hotel. I enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet with the option to order from the menu. The welcome at reception was friendly and basically as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. A point for improvement is that the croissants and the pain aux chocolate were not fresh. Maybe because baking on a Sunday was not possible.....

Beautiful hotel and great staff with some minor issues. The rooms are small but nice, and brunch is good. My biggest disappointment was the gym, there’s really not much there and it felt like an after thought. Baby Selma for Selma day!!!
