Medical Massage

Colt is really good at what he is doing and he helped me alot in just one session, I had some problems with my lower back / hip and after one session Its feels so much better ! Cant wait until I'm in malmo again and i will let him work his magic !

Colt är extremt skicklig, kunnig och professionell. Duktig på att identifiera problemens rot och behandlar inte endast symptom. Hjälper alltid en oavsett kroppsligt problem. Jag har även blivit given rekommendationer på övningar att göra själv som vidare åtgärd.Fin, ren och städad lokal. Har gått flera gånger á 45 minuter, men varje gång har det blivit gratis extraminuter. Starkt rekommenderat om man har fysiska obalanser, skador eller bara vill ha en generell behandling.

Grymt kunnig, duktig på märka av mina problemområden och får feedback på vad jag behöver träna upp för att få mindre smärta:)

A little surprised to see such high reviews for this place… (read more)I had a massage with Colt recently hoping to relieve some tension in my neck and back. While I respect the method, the massage was extremely painful. I’ve played contact sports and have had operations done without anaesthesia, but this was among the more unpleasant experiences I’ve had in terms of pushing my pain threshold.I put faith in the “no pain, no gain” mentality in hopes of experiencing improvement in 24-48 hours, but now beyond the 48 hour mark I am still sore and now have new muscular problems and cramps that were not there before. I just hope these go away over time and don’t turn into lasting issues.This is not to say that this approach may work for some, but if you are considering a first time visit I would advise against.
