Yoga Soul with Nesi
Nesi is wonderful! We have had some private lessons with Nesi, and she took so much care to listen to what we wanted, and then tailor the sessions for us (and is very patient with how unflexible we are!). You definitely end up feeling very calm and relaxed! We definitely recommend!
