Hvorfor er den her lokalitet åben på google maps og lukket på hjemmesiden når man forsøger at booke? Tak fordi Hertz spilder min tid

Thanks Customer Service for taking the time to tell me how your website works. We have read it up and down, talked to various customer service people from different locations and from road service, to three different mechanics you have referred and sent us to - spent at least 12 hrs in your telephonic waiting lines - and we spent now 4 days in the still not fixed car…. We have rented it to go to finnland in - payed a big premium to be able to give it back there - and now this is the reason why no one can help us out... Because all your car rental places dont have cars that can go to another country. It is a big mystery to us, why you rent out cars for such a long time to go to another country via a kiosk where no actual people are working that one could turn to and the not doublecheck the cars before to avoid such unpleasantness. You could still not find a solution for us. We are not paying for a broken car…
