Absolutely amazing experience!Probably the best store I’ve visited in years. They are so customer focused!You are treated with great attention and care, they listen to your needs and really help you find the bed that suits you best. Upsell is very mild, they never push anything onto you and even tell you if a less expensive item works better. They give you time and space to make a decision, they respect your wishes.Did I mention good coffee and tea that you are being offered upon your visit? Oh, and a bottle of bubbles once you purchase a bed from them? And on top of that, the prices are better than those that chain retailers with much worse customer experience. We received our bed in just over 3 weeks as well, while many other stores told us it would be 4-6 weeks.It just couldn’t be better!So, if you are looking for a good bed, do yourself a favor: visit this store. It doesn’t look like your typical “bed store”, but don’t let this fool you. It is so much better that you probably won’t want to buy anywhere else :)Well done, Sleepacy!
