There is no employee there to help you. Just a machine that gives you the car key.Had a problem with the changing cable, had to stay late at night, that last person, freezing cold, waiting for someone to answer my calls., just an automatic answer machine giving me an endless options (choose 1 or 2, or 3 .....).After all that, they sent me an invoice charging me for not recharging car when I delivered it back.One more thing, there was no snow brush and I had to remove the snow by my hands. Such a joyful experience.
