If you are looking for a good photographer, you can find it here. Customer service, however, is severely lacking. First, they ignored my booking and making me wait for an hour for nothing during winter. After a complaint, they offered a new (and free) session as a compensation. I didn't hear anything from them about the result for two weeks and was forced to send another complain. They responded to this and said that I needed to wait for another week. A week after, I came to fetch the printed photos. They promised to send me the link to the digital version very soon but I never received any to date. I might finally get it had I sent yet another complain, but I'm just tired with this level of professionalism.......Edit : My partner finally complained to them and they made an excuse that the person in-charge was sick. I wonder why they never told us this until my partner's complaint....Once again, excellent photographer and amazing results. Too bad the excellence is tainted by bad customer service.....
