I bought economy summer tires and the service was outstanding (5stars). I topped off the gas tank and everything went well.Two weeks later, I get a car wash and here comes my dissatisfaction.After spending money on gas and tires within a 2-3 weeks period, I get a call that the windows are not included in this service. This beats me, this is like doing the job 90%. It is a waste of my time that I have to write this Review at a time all that needed to happen was to wipe the windows down, which in reality takes a minute and make the customer happy, and that I call customer satisfaction. I have never heard of a car wash that didn’t include the windows, this is ridiculous. The little things will bring you repeat customers.
