Kan varmt rekommendera Residensportalen som vi använt två gånger för uthyrning av vårt hus. De återkommer alltid snabbt och har gett oss många goda råd på vägen.

Mycket professionellt bemötande, objektivt och sakligt värderande. Både på inspektion före och efter perioden för uthyrning.

Mycket nöjd med tjänsten och den uppdaterade information som tillhandahölls om hyresnivåer och andra saker att tänka på vid uthyrning. Kändes tryggt att använda kontraktstjänsten och det gick snabbt och smidigt när vi skulle skriva kontraktet.

We were lucky to deal with Hanna Maria from Residensportalen for nearly 2 years while renting a beautiful flat in Stockholm, and she has been fantastic throughout. Very professional, responsive and nice to deal with. Residensportalen overall have a great selection of accomodation available at very good prices without a mark-up for the duration of your lease. You pay a small fee to be able to use the website for a few months, but it's totally worth it, as it would generally be LESS than 1 month mark-up on the very same flat if you were to rent it elsewhere. Would recommend without hesitation to both expats and locals looking for a place! Note to expats - your contract will be in 2 languages (Swedish and English), which is a win.

Two times now we have been able to find a beautiful home through Residentportalen. I recommend anyone looking for a place to rent in Sweden to use their service. Especially in Stockholm, where the market is quite crowded. The listings on Residentportalen, in my experience, are almost entirely exclusive to their site and you can contact landlords directly. Nearly all our messages received a response. On both occasions I paid for the 60 day access and had several options to choose from within weeks.

Top notch experience in renting an apartment from overseas. Information was smooth and effortless; the website pictures were 100% accurate and the FaceTime tour was perfect. Moved in yesterday and the apartment is better than in the pictures , which is hard to believe. The Team were super professional and the whole process was seamless from start to finish. Completely satisfied and absolutely recommend!! Thank you all!
