Fun for all ages!!! We took our Radinn board to Elliott Key and had the most amazing time exploring the mangroves and cruising amongst the turtles, sting rays and sea life. For sure the best investment money can buy if you love the ocean!!!! We use our board several times a week and we love it!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Rdinn, a company known for its board products. Despite initially being satisfied with their product, my overall opinion has been tarnished due to the company's poor customer support and lack of sustainability. This review aims to highlight the issues I encountered, particularly with the battery, and warn potential buyers about the implications of purchasing Rdinn boards.Customer Support:When the battery in my Rdinn board malfunctioned, I reached out to the company for assistance. To my dismay, I was informed that they could no longer provide support for my device because it was an old model. This lack of assistance was deeply frustrating, as it left me with a non-functional board and no means of repair. It is disheartening to see a company discontinue support for their products, especially when a customer is in need.Obsolete Hardware and Disposal:Rdinn's explanation for their inability to support my board was that it contained an outdated board that they no longer actively maintain. This situation raises concerns about the long-term viability of Rdinn products. If a component as crucial as the battery fails and the company is unable or unwilling to offer support, it effectively renders the entire product useless. This lack of foresight in product design and support creates a significant sustainability issue.Lack of Sustainability:The disregard for sustainability is evident in Rdinn's approach. By producing products that become unusable once a single component fails, they contribute to electronic waste. In an era where environmental consciousness is crucial, it is disappointing to see a company prioritize short-term profitability over long-term sustainability. Buyers should be aware that purchasing a Rdinn board comes with the risk of having to dispose of the entire product if the battery becomes faulty.Conclusion:My experience with Rdinn has been unsatisfactory, primarily due to their inadequate customer support and lack of consideration for sustainability. The company's decision to abandon support for older products, such as my board with a faulty battery, demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and responsible consumption. I strongly caution potential buyers to consider these factors before investing in Rdinn boards, as they may encounter similar issues and find themselves with a non-functioning product that cannot be repaired.

Its so much so fun surfing on this board!Easy for beginner, I had learned it within a hour and then it is time to enjoy the speed!!!!

Amazing product! I use it almost everyday. Doesn’t matter if there’s snow or sunshine, it’s fun every time. Best 50 minutes out of the house! Customer service is top notch too, quick to reply and to solve any questions or issues.
