Did an ok job,could have done without the extra stress of his mistakes.Jan Persson went on holiday without notifying me if he had completed the write up of the valuation of a very small apartment,even though I tried to contact him multiple times,I had to call up his colleague for her to check if he had done his job & to send me the bill.At the cost of nearly 12000kr one would hope that the person one employs lets you know when they have completed the job.Especially when I made it clear that we had a deadline & sent him all the details he needed immediately after he came to look at the flat.So communication wise things were lacking which made it stressful.But he did get things done on time & sent the needed document to the lawyer (most important part).But didn't manage to send the bill to the right address,which is ironic since he wrote a report about the flat at that exact address.+got the job done on time+sent me a Swedish version of the document when asked- didn't tell me when he had written the report & I had to chase him to know if he had done his job.-sent the bill to the wrong address- final costs were much higher than discussedOne of the few equivalents of the Chartered surveyors as they are called in Scotland,that value private property in Sweden.
