Been here as a student and quite grew used to the silence around here. It has its own perks as well as downsides but nevertheless if you’re a student looking for an accommodation to study peacefully then this might be your best choice (if you are an aviator because it’s close to the aviation schools but a bit far from the centrum)

Terrible,they have rented me a room the heater doesn't work. MainteNance came three time to fix it snd they didn't do anything and say its fixed. I contacted bostad they said they have nothing to do with it. Very unprofessional

They are the worst rental company in Sweden for people who are not Swedish, they will take your deposit no matter what you do, they will not help you, and if you are left without a house to live in, they will not care at all.

Sjukaste jag har vart med om.Ett företag som sysslar med hyres samtidigt som dom håller på med försäljningar är inte ett bra mäklarföretag.Dom har lägenheter som är ute i över 1 år och det har varit så innan ”inflationen”.Bara 2 mäklare i företaget säger också mycket.När det inte kom några köpare till 1-2 visningen så var det bara att ”vi bokar en ny tid”Sjukaste jag har vart med om att mäklaren säger att ”det kom 8-9 köpare till hennes tidigare visning, den visningen gick min bror på och han sa att hon mäklaren sa till honom att han är den första som har kommit.

They are nice overall and mostly but unfortunately when I had a problem with scam like behaviour with one of their contracted landlords they just tried to deny all responsibility and told me to contact the landlord which I tried before unsuccessfully. They even told me a lot of students had a problem with the landlord but seems like they don't see it as their problem.
