The worst shopping experience that I have. To get your ticket you have to pass several Apps and 4 different login processes. Worthless.

Den sämsta beställningsupplevelsen någonsin. Helt sjukt dålig med utvecklarfelmeddelanden som inte bör visas för användaren.

Pinsamt värdelös service...Svarar inte på frågor, och gör absolut inget för sina kunder...Har hört om företag som som absolut inte är serviceminded, men Live Nation Sweden måste ju ta första pris...!!!

Usel hemsida. Den är verkligen inte användarvänlig. Du kan inte se arenans layout (i detta fall Friends Arena. Det borde visuellt finnas möjlighet att se vilka platser som är tillgängliga. Det finns inte heller någon möjlighet att ringa deras kundtjänst.

Var försiktig med att köpa biljetter via Live Nation, behöver du hjälp kommer du aldrig få det. Ställs något in så får du inte pengar tillbaka.

Poorly organised VIP Meet and Greet with Michelle Obama. 1 1/2 hour wait while standing in concrete basement hallway. When we finally entered the VIP lounge, we were told to stay in line while the staff sat on the sofas. No refreshments - not even water which I asked for and was told it would be available. No chance for mingling with other guests as we were herded to our photo opp. Many small children and pregnant women sitting on the floor in their fine clothes. They took all our belongings and insisted we retrieve them before the show instead of providing the coat check. Instead, I had to take my stuff and pay additional for the standard coat check. I expected only a brief handshake and picture with Michelle Obama from the beginning. However, the hosts stated that we should prepare several open-ended questions to garner more time. This was not a reality and created unrealistic and unnecessary expectations. Disappointing. When I told the staff that I was not satisfied with my VIP experience, they seemed to think that a goodie bag would make me happy. It did not seem like a serious concern as the money was in the bank. I paid for Gold VIP meet and greet with front row tickets. I would have loved the opportunity to meet the others attending, relax in a lounge before our photo opp, and enjoy (at minimum) a glass of water... Champagne or tea even. #livenation really blew the opportunity to create a positive unforgettable experience. I would not recommend them. Still no response to my email. #MichelleObama was phenomenal. I hope she knows how poorly they represented her supporters.

I searched for Country music 2022 but it was difficult to find as there were too many local concerts for this year. I had no time to come to next year

hemsidan är konstigt gjord, ingen planering för delbetalning om man ska köpa flera biljetter samtidigt, sidan hakar upp sig till o från, enda posetiva är att dom har rätt biljetter i rätt stad oftast

I bought tickets for the concert but it was cancelled. Now they have another date which is not suitable for me. But they don’t want to make a refund. They say the date is rescheduled. But I bought tickets not for open date! If you change date make a return!!! Awful agency!!!!!!!!
