We were there on Jun.21 and arrived almost 0am of Jun.22. The problem was that they forgot to send us the code for entry and the code to get our room key!!!We had to stay outside for one hour, during the hour there were two or three other guests tried to help us for many things but they can’t, because the most important thing, the code, the hostel forgot to send us… We called the phone number but the answer was so weird, “who are you, we are full, bye.” Again and again. Anyway, finally we entered, but it was 1:30am… There were 1 hour and more waiting, outside of the hostel.

Really nice and clean room. Location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing the town by walk. There is a kitchen in the building, it is well equipped so you can prepare food without any problems. Host in the hotel is helpfull. Good place to stay

This place is a very nice Hostel it’s very clean and nice stuff working there. Not to mention the perfect location. You have every close restaurants, metro, supermarket, shopping and it’s very close to the weather for nice walks and beautiful nature. I definitely recommend it.

Fantastic. Small rooms, but well-equipped, and clean. There's a kitchen, with almost everything you would need for cooking, and the usage is included in the room price. Also, there's fridge and freezer, for common use, but they even provide a pen to mark your stuff. Automatic check-in and -out, with keycodes, so we could check in late night, and check out simply. Would go back at any time.

Location is perfect. Kitchen big and well equipped. However, it’s quite cold in the rooms, even if you put the heating to max. The shower is flooding whole bathroom. Beds are super squeaky, can’t move without making super loud noises. The Wi-Fi barely works!! Also the rules are quite strict here. I understand that this place is to be maintained as silent hostel, hence the parties ban, but full alcohol ban is a bit too much. If you bring alcohol inside they can kick you out and charge you a huge fee.

A hostel with very convenient location, next to metro and many busses. We booked a private room with a bath and it was very clean and spacious. Also it was soundproof which is really important, so there was no noise disturbing us from the outside (and the room was next to the common kitchen!) . The only downside is that due to the ventilation the room was a little cold but we were able to adjust that ( luckily they had an electric heater) and that the room had no windows so it can be a little claustrophobic! Overall it has a good price for its amenities and i recommend it

Good and affordable place where to stay. Around there are a few grocery shops, places to eat and public transport so you can easily get to museums, old town, etc

Poor customer service! customer service and very rude receptionist. He told as we had to change rooms each night and when we told him we paid the price for a full day (having to change rooms meant we could not leave our luggage in the room nor could we be in the room from 10am-3pm) he became aggressive and started arguing. Furthermore the beds were squeaking all night and the room was very small and the bathroom quite filthy. But thats what you get for this price I guess, which is quite fair. To conclude: the guy receptionist ruined the stay here do I would not recommend it to anyone.
