Powerful & Determined

What I like about this training is that I don't lose my motivation and look forward to the sessions. I have been training with Anna from last December and I noticed great improvement in strength, stamina and body awareness. Anna's knowledgeable, creative and dedicated to her job as she plans every session in detail. She's great at challenging me while acknowledging my limitations at the same time. Recommend 100%

Just wanna share my review about this amazing PT. I have been training for around 2 month now and it have been an awesome and great experience and journey to reach my goal. Her big knowledge about training have help me alot. She can tailor your training pass so it can fit how you want it.PRO- Good advice how I train and eat.- Excellent leadership for how she can push your limit.- Always there to help if you need advice with your training.- Big commitment for your sucess to reach your goal.CON- Nothing that I can think of.So I really can recommend this PT!

Got good background in boxing. Knows what's she's doing and it is easy to follow her instructions and get better. Great trainer. Will be coming back after the holiday season

I will never use another PT!I had a personal trainer before I started training with Anna but I noticed that it wasn't doing so much for me. I wanted more impact and diversity in the exercises so I read Annas BIO and decided to give it a shot. I am very glad that I did because the results are beyond my expectations. I lost 13kg, fixed my painful knee issue and Iam in the best shape since my 20ties! squats are no problem for me now and I run almost every day. THANK YOU!!One very happy customer

Har en förmåga att läsa av en gällande hur mycket hon skall pusha en. Jag har haft henne i ca 3 år (Anna Bradley) och hon har hjälpt mig otroligt mycket. Den absolut bästa PT jag har haft.

Anna cared to understand my goal, my training and eating habits in order to properly plan the training schedule and share eating recommendations. She has always been on time, very good at correcting the posture, making sure that the exercise is done correctly without any injure. She also changes the routine, and has taught me new effective ways of exercising, so Im always learning, never bored while getting to see the results. A plus is that shes always with positive energy which makes working out actually fun!

Very thoughtful and specific program that catered to my needs for physical fitness. Anna understood my fitness goals and the constraints I had due to previous injuries and created a customized program for me. Highly recommended !
