If you seen the job post and thought it would be cool job, it won't. The company is own by Zenimax which is under control by Microsoft. They fire every QA for protesting, this is why you see the job offer. Lead QA is also fired, so you wouldn't be able to get the job because it requires you to report to Lead QA, who does not exist at the moment. I do not know how much you'll get paid but many people on glassdoor say poor pay. I would say don't apply to the QA job but most likely you won't get the job because they need a Lead QA and if you are qualify for lead QA, please do not apply for this company.
