Stay away. Customer service is unresponsive and they don’t refund you for your returns. Their phone line is fake and doesn’t work. Sketchy boutique. Fraud scammers.

The WORST shopping experience bar none. They sent me the wrong boots, took over a week to process my return request and after over two weeks...have still not credited the refund to my account. I will NEVER shop with them again. There are too many other reliable store online, like My Theresa, Matches, Farfetch and Net a Porter. N E V E R again!

My experience is only with the actual Stockholm store itself, not buying from their website - and it was very positive! The range is much smaller than their online website, and the store itself is quite small. However, their staff was VERY helpful and friendly in advising on size. If the colour you want isn’t available, they also suggest that you can look on their website, without pressuring you to buy on the spot. Great service! Thank you Clara :)

Terrible experience! It took more than a month to receive a refund, and for some reason, I am NOT refunded the full price, even if I had to pay additional 48 euros to Fedex myself.Avoid at all costs.The return experience was also terrible, because I had to wait for more than 10 days for them to send me a shipping label. It did not come in the box.

Does not accept returns of defective shoes. Bought a pair of Christian Louboutin sandals here for my girlfriend, cost 7.000kr (full price). After wearing them for 2 minutes the inner sole started falling off! Sent photos to the store: they replied asking me to send photos! So I sent more, and more (they wanted photos of every part of the shoe), after a week no reply, sent multiple reminders, and finally: no, the store refuses to accept a return and claimed that the damage was due to excessive wear, after 2 minutes use!Stockholm's best shoe repair service were not able to repair the inner sole, they told me the shoe's defective.I buy a LOT of shoes, but will never buy from Savannah's again, better to buy directly from the manufacturer. Otherwise you are throwing your money away, because if the shoe is defective, Savannah's sure won't take care of it.

I bought a pair of Alexander McQueen trainers. They sent the wrong colorway of the trainers in the correct box. I returned the trainers for a refund. 2 months later no refund and they have had the trainers at least a month in their possession.

Unfortunately, the shoes I ordered were too small. Savannahs was extremely professional in organising the return and communicated progress very wellI would most certainly purchase shoes from them again

Odered an item Thursday morning, shipped by Thursday afternoon and received it the next day on Friday before 15h! Shipping was free so I was very impressed with next day delivery from Sweden to the UK! Excellent service, love the shoes, will definitely shop here again, thank you!

Bought a pair of boots in fall 2021 through Savannahs and contacted them when a logo on one of the heels fell off. They replied and helped me get the boots fixed by the brand itself :-)
