I walked into this estate agent shop /realtor and wow I'm so glad I did!Hellevi Heikkinen (Kiinteistönvälittäjä LKV & OP Koti Pohjoinen Oy LKV) in Sirkka was super helpful and informative.She showed me properties that might be of interest to me AND she went above and beyond in also helping me better understand the cost of land and the things I should consider.Something else quite rare among estate agents is that she gave me time and genuinely wanted to help.Today I had a another question and she was really quick to follow up by email in English.Hellevi also speaks really good English which is great when you know as little Finnish as I do.If you're looking to buy property, whether you're Finnish or from elsewhere, trust me Hellevi is the best person in Sirkka to have on your side.
