Hop On - Hop Off med buss

I wish I could give this company a negative 5* rating. What a messed up operation. We never were able to board a bus!!! We bought tickets for the Hop On Hop Off Boat and Bus. The boat was great fun, ran on schedule, and the guide was witty and informative. When we bought the combined ticket we were told that the bus would arrive shortly after the boat tour. When we finished the boat tour we were told that the bus would be there in 20 minutes. No problem. We walked around a bit and came back to board the bus and then were told that the bus would be another 25 minutes - maybe! We just walked to the Haga district figuring we would catch the bus there after touring that area. We walked to where the map indicated the bus stopped, but there was not any evidence of it. I got on their website and loaded the exact Google Map location. We walked there, about 100 feet from where we had been, - same thing. We called the number on the ticket and the woman was completely clueless. She even asked if I was sure I called the right company. She could not find the Haga stop on her information. I asked if there was someone else who could help and she forwarded me to a voice mail box. While we were standing there trying to get directions we saw the bus go by one block further up the street. DO NOT USE THIS INEPT COMPANY.

We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and no bus has stopped in this bus station (linnéplasten). If you want yo visit Gothemburg you should find anothet option. Really bad experiencie.

Bussen är inte så rolig men du ser det centrala. Däremot rekommenderar jag båten. Underbart skön båttur som får dig att se i stort sätt hela centrala Göteborg. Du glider fram på ån under alla små broar som är så låga ibland att du får akta huvudet. Vi hade en jättehärlig guide som delade med sig av många intressanta historier om Göteborg och dess intressanta byggnader och broar. Är mycket nöjd med turen. Hela turen tog ca 80 min. Längre tur än med Paddans egna båtar!!

Wir hatten Tickets für den grünen Stromma Hop-On-Hop-Off-Bus in Göteborg am 6.7.2023 gekauft. Als dann der Bus später als angekündigt kam, mussten wir erst nach unten, weil oben keine drei Plätze mehr zusammen frei gewesen wären. Unten waren die Scheiben jedoch mit Folien beklebt, so dass man nicht wirklich etwas sah und erst recht keine Fotos machen konnte.An Station vier stiegen wir in der Mittagszeit aus. Als wir ca. 25 Minuten später wieder zurück zur Station kamen, warteten schon weitere Touristen auf den Bus und auch nach über 75 Minuten kam kein Bus, obwohl nach dem Fahrplan zwischenzeitlich hätten zwei Busse kommen müssen. Wir sind dann schließlich mit dem öffentlichen Bus zurück in die Innenstadt gefahren und haben uns sehr geärgert.Zuvor waren wir in Oslo und klappte es mit dem dortigen Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus deutlich besser!

Muy mala experiencia. Hemos estado esperando en el para 3 de la ruta durante 40 minutos. Supuestamente pasaba por ahí a las 14:45 y y llegamos a las 14:30 y esperamos hasta las 15:10. Y nunca apareció. No éramos los únicos esperando en la parada también habían dejado a otro grupo...una vergüenza ahí esperando con el frio todos al lado de un poste... Una vergüenza ya que nos tuvimos que gastar el dinero en un autobús urbano para poder volver al hotel... Muy muy mal servicio...no lo recomiendo en absoluto...una estaba

I thought it was poor value for money.Buses don't start running until 10.30 and stop at 4pm, there's only one an hour.There was no stand to buy my ticket and so tried to that online which was very stressful.The commentary on board the bus is limited .

Ich finde den Hop on hop off Bus in jeder Stadt prima. Es ist deine Sprache und du brauchst dich nur auf die Sehenswürdigkeiten konzentrieren. Preis Leistung wie überall! Letzte Tour war im April 14:30 Uhr!! Wenn man aussteigt kommt man nur noch mit der Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß zurück.Deshalb lieber früh den Bus nehmen und andere Stopp's nutzen.
