This hotel is very clean with friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet. The bathrooms have heated flooring for fast drying as they are wet rooms. Great facilities, gym and steam room.However, the room does not have a safe for valuables or passports, there are no cupboards if you wished to unpack on a longer stay. The windows couldn’t be opened so there was no fresh air, luckily there is AC so you don’t melt in summer but fresh air would be nice. The pillows are almost useless but the rest of the bed is comfy.Overall, the cons are not make or breaks, they are based only on personal preference and don’t alter the experience massively.

Dirty bed - bedsheets, covers, puke under the bed. Dirty bathroom.Staff fixed the bedsheets. Boring and tasteless breakfast. Super expensive parking, the hotel itself feels like it’s situated in a back alley - which it is. Relatively central.

I was there for 4 nights in July 2023.The room was okay, I missed a wardrobe. The bathroom was also okay but a bit old.The breakfast was very good, lots of different offers. But it was so noisy in the breakfast hall, so I tried to have breakfast earlier with less guests.The location is great: Alvik is a small but nice quarter and you get to the Tunelbanan (Metro) in a 5-minutes walk. There you can drive to T-Centralen almost every 3 minutes.All in all, I would come here again.The staff is very kind and the hotel worth for its price.

High price the weekend we visited (because of Elitloppet?) It is in a quiet part of Stockholm and you need the subway to get there. Noise from the neighboring rooms can be heard really well. The breakfast is good.

Fräscht och bra läge. Trevlig frukost och fint gym. Trevlig personal som gör allt för att man ska trivas. Bokar jag hotell i Stockholm igen så lär det bli här!

Rooms and breakfast were good quality, as we are used to at scandic.We had a parking issue that was very well handled by the hotel management; compliments for hospitality!

The location is good and the breakfast is enjoyable. It was nice to receive a complementary drink for the kids. However, the rooms were not cleaned thoroughly, and the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Furthermore, there were no wardrobes available. It is also worth mentioning that despite them mentioning on-site parking availability during the booking process, parking is not guaranteed.

Bra och fina rum. Jättebra läge om man bara vill ställa bilen och ta tåget in till Stockholm centrum för stationen ligger bara ett hundratal meter från hotellet.Extra plus för att en ICA-butik ligger tvärs över gatan ifall man behöver handla nånting som man eventuellt har glömt ta med sig :)

Personalen uppgraderade till svit för en barnfamilj så kan man inget annat än ge det full pott god frukost. Smidigt med tbanan för att ta sig dit med mera
