har ikke fået mit visa der er gået over en måned, og skal rejse om 2 dage. De siger jeg bare skal have tålmodighed, men nytter ikke særlig meget

Det virker til at de er blevet bedre til at svare på telefonen.Men de fortæller på 4 uge at de ikke har fået svar fra Marokko på visum til min kone som kommer fra Ecuador. De fortæller at de i et stykke tid ikke har fået svar fra Marokko hvilket har resulteret i at andre folk har måtte aflyse deres rejser - og dermed mistet evt. flybilletter etc.På 2. uge fortæller de at de ikke kan komme i kontakt med dem som skal sige ja". Vi flyver om 3 uger - så det er lidt bekymrende...."

معامله جيده جدا ويردون على الهاتف بشكل سريع والموظفين مهذبون ، ولكن معالجة طلب الفيزه يستغرق اكثر من شهر

Absolutely horrible service. They have no connection whatsoever with the e-visa platform, and don't do anything to help out with concerns. They say that they will get back to you but they NEVER do! The access to e-visa platform is also via the Morocco Embassy site, but they take no responsibility at all, and are not willing to do anything to help out by at least giving the right contact information of the e-visa site. The e-visa website, on the other hand, is the worst. They have no contact number, only one contact email to which they never respond. I have written to them many times in vain. It's the worst embassy service I've ever witnessed. Beware if you're dealing with them.

Stedet blev meget mere organiseret ,medarbejder er professionel og hjælpsom .det er så fedt at komme der og bygning blev rigtig pænt både indvendig og udvendig.

Appalling service, they do not take responsibility for their shortcomings. They have lost my application for Moroccan neutralisation, and they do not give a care in the world to locate it. In fact, I've handed in a written complaint about their appalling service to the head of the embassy , AND NOTHING was done they simply do not care. They actually told me, if you want to find your application go look in Morocco.What a disgrace. I find it very disrespectful to treat Moroccan citizens this way.I have spent thousands of kroner on these applications, and shed tears and gone through stress. For them to tell me to go look in rabat. That's not my job that's what the embassy and the ambassador is there for. Or so I thought.2 years later nearly 3 and still no progress.I'm taking my complaint to higher authorities, and to court if i need to. Disgraceful they should be ashamed of themselves the way they're representing themselves and Morocco, حشومة عيب و عار و ظلم

De tager aldrig telefonen , selvom man ringer hele dagen , dårligt service

Har venter i 5 måneder på visum. Hver gang jeg ringede sagde de at de var bagud eller de videresendte mig til folk der hverken snakker dansk eller engelsk.

السلام عليكماناما لا استطيع فهمه هو أن السفارة المغربية مفروض عليها ان تفتح أبوابها ايام العطل الدانماركية كي يتسنى للمواطنين المغاربة المتواجدين في الدانمارك انجاز كل ما لذيهم من أوراق إدارية او تجديد البطاقة الوطنية ..او جواز السفر او ما شابه ذالك. فجأة نجد ان السفارة المغربية تغلق ابوبها أمام المواطنين . السفارة أصبحت تغلق ابوبها ايام الأعياد الوطنية المغربية وكذالك ايام الأعياد الدانماركية. السفارة موجودة هنا لكي تخدم المواطنين المغاربة في هدا البلد . لان هؤلاءالمواطنين لذيهم فقط هده الايام التي هى عطلة لكي يقومون بإنجاز أوراقهم الإدارية.
