Gianluca, thanks again for the online Tiramisu class. Not only was it a fun and educational experience, it was also the perfect way to spend a few hours in these surreal times. I used hot chocolate instead of coffee in the dish. It came out perfect. And it didn't last long. So, I think I'll just have to make another, or maybe two. Cheers. Colm.

Great family fun! My two boys (5 and 7) enjoyed making the mascarpone desert, and hubby and I totally enjoyed making our own fresh pasta! Gianluca catered the menu to be perfect for both our dietary needs and our children's ability!!! The kids still think fondly of this experience!!! Thanks Gianluca!!

Hi GianlucaWe wanted to thank you for a wonderful cooking class. The experience was the highlight of our week. It didn't take us long to eat the tiramisu so we will have to make another and invite some people to join us in eating it next time. I love the certificate, it gives me greater confidence to try my cooking out on friends. It was also good to meet other participants - it was fun we are looking forward to trying out your other classes in the future. We’ll definitely tell others about this wonderful experience and recommend it on facebook.

I was really impressed by the cooking class offered by Gianluca about how to prepare at home the best Tiramisu. It was my first experience having a cooking class through Zoom. And it was amazing ! First, as you are in a digital classroom, you will chat with students coming from all around the world and looking to cook genuine products, but most importantly you will learn easily and in a funny virtual environment, thanks to the exceptional pedagogical and communication skills of Gianluca, how to prepare the best Tiramisu following the Italian original and unique traditional recipe. don't worry if you miss some ingredients or tools, Gianluca have always a backup solution to suggest. There is no best teacher for cooking classes than Gianluca Tognon. So no doubt, enrol to his cooking program if you can. Thanks Gianluca for the nice time spent in your classroom.

Vilken fantastisk idé att ha matlagingskurs online! Det var väldigt kul att vi alla kunde vara hemma i våra egna kök och ändå tillsammans på zoom. Mycket trevlig kursledare och väldigt pedagogiskt upplagt, lätt att följa och Tiramisun vi lagade var såååå god! Thanks Gianluca!
