My favourite make-up brand ever and I sincerely love all the products!

Very terrible customer service. I've been in contact with them for nearly a year and they've been reassuring me that the issue would be solved ''shortly'' during all that time. Please avoid this company!!! They are not professional, they are not organized, the customer service is a complete mess and it is a waste of time contacting them, they tell you anything so that you wait longer and they avoid helping you. I am not the only person who has had this problem. Don't give your money to a company that is so unappreciative of its customers.Edit: Within hours after posting this message they magically fixed the problem (I guess it took 2 minutes to fix and they were just waiting around for a year for fun), only to tell me they did it a long time ago and it's so bizarre" that from my end it did not appear fixed. Oooookay."
