I am deeply disappointed by the services provided by Escape Away, the agency responsible for booking my accommodation at Hotel Gran Felamingo. Their choice to reserve the lowest fare rooms resulted in a disastrous and regrettable experience.The rooms allocated to us were in an appalling state, showcasing neglect and poor maintenance. The outdated furniture and lack of cleanliness were distressing, tarnishing the quality of our stay.I caution prospective travelers to exercise caution when considering Escape Away for their booking needs. The subpar accommodation they arranged not only marred our trip but also demonstrated a lack of consideration for customer satisfaction and well-being,I got a refund for the nights I did not spend in the hotel! which is totally normal but the agency tried to imply that they are doing me a favor by compensating!
