I went for an interview for Getica AB. It was my first interview experience in Sweden and the worst one. I was made to feel completely alienated and the interview process was completely unprepared and to say the least, unprofessional. The founder of the company appears extremely egotistic and this is a reflective of the rest of the team. Furthermore, it is simple etiquette to contact a candidate following any interview. We have all been there and it doesn't take a lot to thank somebody for making the effort of attending the 'interview'.
