Cooperative staff and my case was handled quickly. The only issue i faced was the main door was locked and there was no door bell to ring. I had to wait outside for someone to go out or open the door for us. Other than that nice and quick experience.

Отвратительный сервис. Ничего не знают,конкретного ответа нет ни на один вопрос . Если в Европе виз.центры работают нормально,учитывая права человека,то тут в Швеции - ужас. Худшего сервиса не встречала. Не рекомендую никому. Уж лучше в другом городе обратиться.

This is where one can collect their visa stamped passport when US visa is issued. Leave about one business day after the notification email as there is no notification from VFS about passport collection.The entrance may not be obvious. It's not under the building number 29 even though that is the address. It is between 29 and 30. I've seen many people trying to open the door that is right under building number 29 thinking that is the entrance to VFS office.There's a small counter/room to the left side of the entrance where there are about 9-10 chairs. It said Wait for assistance". For me someone came pretty quickly and handed me back my passport when I showed a photo ID. Better bring a pen with you to fill out the small note confirming that you have collected the passport."

VFS Global Stockholm is a thief, you will pay for the service and you will never get the service. Never ever pay the SMS update for your file, they never send you SMS update. I have paid for the SMS update from outside Sweden, they never send me SMS update, and never replied to my query regarding SMS update. Absolute THIEF. I have another bad experience with VFS Global, they kept a fee of over 1000 USD I paid by mistaken, and VFS Global was not willing to pay my fee back, it took over 6 month and after a long fight, I received my money back not from VFS Global, but from embassy. Absolutely, THIEF.

Do they ever receive a call. What kind of center is this.
