Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a hiring company. They changed recruiters on me 3 times in 2 months, and the whole process was a nightmare. The company I interviewed with did not advertise the job very well, and there were many miscommunications between the job I wanted and what the recruiter had to offer.During the interview, the HR director was killing a bee in the office and trying to silence the microphone so I wouldn't hear. How professional is that?If you really care about your candidates, you should take care of each one and take them seriously. I really felt like the recruiter wasted my time as well as the employers.
