Good quality, god values, professionalism, responsive all these characteristics and requirements have met when you book your travel with Wasa Global Tours and Travel agency.I have recently had the experience of booking an international flight during this COVID-19 situations all the necessary services regarding to necessary documents like PCR-Testing and etc has been provided and Travel agent has been in continuous support. this kind of professionalism in my personal opinion eveyrone should have adopt.I am glad that i have choosen Wasa Global for all the necessary documentation and support and feel very satisfied with their services.

My experience with Wasa Global has been really good. I was assisted by Mr Faisal. He is very professional and helpful. In my case, my flight got cancelled 3 times by Emirates and every time I called Mr Faisal, he was there to support me in rescheduling my flight and to answer my questions with patience. I would highly recommend to use the services of Wasa Global.

I often use services from Wasa Global in order to travel. Everyone there always try to give you best service, Very highly recommended. I can share one of my best experience here is thatLast year, I had purchased ticket in morning, and then I got emergency (my mother death) that I had to travel asap. I called Faisal (Wasa Global) at 10:00 pm night, he at the spot not only cancel my old ticket and find the best suitable flight for me in that time..Alhumdullilah I were able to see my mother face and attend her funeral.. (Allah bless my mother with Jannah best place) and Allah bless Faisal bro with Maqbool Hajj inshaAllah ameen

This is the third time I have booked ticket with Faisal bhai from Wasa global and it has been good every time. They gave really competitive prices with extra luggage and the opportunity to change your flight plan one time free of cost. I would recommend them.

Did not receive flight change update in given email, moreover they used their mobile number instead of my personal contact number which I see very unprofessional. They forget to confirm my ticket after reservation and price goes up and I paied their higher price for their mistake. I had a last minute struggle to shorten my transit duration from 19 to 10 hours. Overall service experiance is not good from my case. Dont know will book again from them.
