Unfold Your Mat

This is the warmest, most welcoming yoga studio that I have ever been a part of and I love coming to practice yoga with Lavinia. She is strong and passionate and that comes through so much in her classes. She pushes her students and gets the most out of them, whilst creating a lovely community of like-minded yogis all living in Gothenburg :) 100% would recommend!! x

I had tried several different yoga studios in Gothenburg before finding Unfold your mat, and am very happy to have finally found this place. I really enjoy Lavinia’s style of teaching as well as the smaller groups. Classes are always fun and challenging, with personalized instructions and modifications for beginners as well as more experienced yogis. Lavinia is also super sweet and a great teacher!

Lavinia is such a wonderful teacher and human. I have grown so much in my practice since I started training in her studio. Small groups, fun challenges, and a humble growth focus on the practice. Strongly recommend to anyone wanting to start a new chapter in their yoga journey!

Could not recommend more this yoga centre!! Lessons are taught in English, although the teacher is a true polyglot, which doesn't hurt!Lavinia is a great yoga teacher, creative, caring and very good at reading the mood of the day! Her yoga classes vary from relaxed/restorative to energetic/power yoga.This approach makes it so every time you get on the mat you get a unique experience! Try it and you won't be disappointed :)

I strongly recommend Lavinia's classes! I am a yoga beginner and I have learn so much in only a few months! The teacher is passionate and committed: she adjusts each class/each pose to the level of everyone, clearly explaining each pose and challenging ourselves enough to make us feeling accomplished at the end of each class.

Lavinia is such an amazing yoga teacher!! I was happy enough to meet this studio, which by the way, is very cozy, clean and well equiped!Lavinia has a lot of experience which she acquired from her trainings in India and many years of practice.I recommend it 100%!!
