Solberg Parkering (Gurkfjället)

If you want to hike up to the mountains - especially Gurkfjället - then this is the parking lot that brings you closest to it.The last few hundred meters are quite steep, quite the challenge with our 2WD Minivan we had that summer. But we made it :)The parking lot holds maybe around 20 cars, but there were only a handful. Even it was a beautiful warm summer day.The place feels safe (there are always some hikers around) and it's free. What else you need.A good spot and a great starting point up to beautiful Gurkfjället.
