I participated in the Feminine Flow workshops organised by Delphine in the autumn of 2022. During the workshops, in a small group of women, we did mindfulness exercises and connected with our inner goddesses, exploring how our views on what is “sexy” relates to our bodies.The workshops were a great opportunity to meet other women, listen to their stories and share my own experiences with them. Delphine navigated us through meditation in a very soothing and professional way, helping us in reconnecting with ourselves. Because of the session, I was able to leave a period of stressful weeks behind, land with my body and gain new energy for upcoming weeks. I felt very safe and taken care of. The atmosphere Delphine created was professional, yet very intimate and welcoming.I will definitely go back for more sessions of Feminine Flow.
