A total rip-off. There is absolutely no pricing information anywhere and while starting the locking process, the machine charges you 69 SEK. You might think that's gonna be it but then it will charge you 230 SEK again while opening the locker. Even for 2 hours! 30€ for a locker has to be the record for a locker pricing globally.

With so many negative reviews I went there with trepidation, because it was the most convenient place to drop off and pick up, but I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked.Pricey? Yes, especially compared to using Bounce but all nearby Bounce storage spots were still closed at the time I needed it.There are 3 locations with lockers: level -1 (near Co-op), level 0 and at the bus station where airport shuttle bus leaves from (Cityterminalen).There are 2 sizes, 'small' fits a carry on size. Large isn't much wider but it's taller and deeper.The screen clearly stated the price (39 SEK p/h for Small locker, or 199 SEK for 24hrs). 1st hour is charged immediately and the rest when you come to collect.How to use the lockers:1. Select an empty locker (will have green window)2. Once you've put your bag in, turn the handle downward until you hear a 'bzzzt' sound. If the lock hasn't caught on, the handle will flip back up. Payment option won't appear until the lock catches on. If you can't close the door and the lock won't engaged, try another locker (or bigger one)3. Each side of the aisle had its own screen and it will show payment and number for the locker whose lock was just engaged, you don't need to enter locker number.4. Have your card ready to pay by either contactless tap or chip & pin5. Wait for your receipt. It will contain your collection code. Take a photo in case you lose it.When you return to collect your stuff, touch 'Collect my bag' button, enter the code, and pay remaining amount (if over 1hr). The door will pop open automatically.

It wasn’t working at the beginning and was so stressful and at the end it took 69+230kr just for few hours.

Stay away!!!! There are no price signs. We locked up our bags and paid 69 SEK which is a fair price. Then 8 hours later at pick-up we were asked to pay 230 SEK on top! Since we needed two lockers we could have just booked a hotel room for that price. Rip-off.

Total rip off the hourly rate is the same as daily rates in most places.

Total rip-off experience. The price first seems reasonable, but beware it’s per hour. For a day, the locker would cost 25 euros,several times more expensive than in any other European train station

Took 30 minutes to get the card scanner to work to get two lockers open. 2 of 10 transactions worked. 2/10=1/5. 1 star.
