It all starts with the place: The counters are very low and the stools too high making it impossible to eat comfortably. Lighting was also an issue, the spot lights were direct to your face. They tried to cover them with duct tape but the problem was not resolved, let alone the crafty feeling of this solution.Talking about the food, the “tonkotsu ramen” had nothing to do with the original recipe, it was a very light and tasteless broth topped with 2 slim cuts of cold pork and an non-marinated hard boiled egg. There was some kind of dried carrot slices but they were also tasteless and soggy. I heavily doubt if the noodles were homemade as well. In general a very bad experience, definitely not recommended, there are better places around the corner.

Delicious salmon poke bowl. Not dog friendly which is a big shame but there is some outdoor seating available which can work.

Ridiculously delicious food!! Super tasty and well prepared. As I'm in town only for a day, needed to order another dish not to let this gem to go to waste! Other than that, cozy interior and kind service as well. Highly recommended!!!

We got the wrong ramen dish (or it was nothing like described, chicken looked like tofu). Poke bowl seemed like it was mixed with a kebab salad. Had corn, iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato og a sauce that tasted like thousand islands dressing.
