I am so much tired to Contact with operators and I was Choosing all of number one by one but no body received my phon . Please this not funny . I send my husbands passport at date of 14/01/2022 . I waited long time . Without my pass I can not go my home country. My husband’s mother is sick she is lay down patient. I ask to the ambassador how many days we have need Waiting. Every body says that there is no good service . Why???

Amazing service from the Embassy towards their citizens. Didn’t expect to receive my renewed passport on time during this COVID-19 pandemic. The best part was their thorough communication and prompt updates in the website, and also in the Facebook page. Special gratitude to Mr Atiqur Rahman for the sincere and humble support!

I wish I could give negative star for their service. I have trying to reach them via phone since last 2 weeks, tried couple of times even today. They are too busy to answer the call. The person who sit in front desk, needs some customer service training. Once I called them, they answer it and as soon as I introduced myself, he quickly handed over my call to his colleague, without even uttering a single word.

Lots of scope to improve. This is not the suitable place for an embassy. Customer Service system is very important. This section is not satisfactory.

I renewed my passports this month. It was a pleasant experience with them. The people who work there are nice and helpful. I received my passports via post, it was my mistake that i sent less amount than the required amount, but they called from office and guided us so that we can get our passports easily by post. Thank you so much for your service.

Bangladesh embassy should have a better place and office in Stockholm. It doesn't look or feel like the embassy of Bangladesh.
